The OMG Angle head can be applied to horizontal or vertical machining machines to change the machining direction and achieve side machining, which can reduce the number of workpiece clamping. Therefore, the Angle head can further reduce machining time and cost.

The O.M.G. Angle head can be used on conventional machine tools, as well as machining centers and turning centers with automatic tool change functions. The use of heat-treated transmission components, precision bearings and Gleason bevel gears ensures excellent strength and precision for all angled heads in "cantilever" machining.

The new Angle head stop system increases the torsional strength and positioning accuracy in the application, and we recommend the use of a three-point stop system when strong cutting performance of the Angle head is required.
